Simple Three Bean Chili

Our schedules are about to get even
busier - and I've just gotten
used to having Tuesdays and Fridays "off"
(ha!)
This is especially yummy on a cold day,
and we're expecting actual SNOW tonight!!!
Dice 1/2 an onion and saute in a stock pot with
one tablespoon canola oil.
Add 1/2 cup water and
1 pound lean ground beef.
Cover and cook until meat is browned.
Add 1 package Williams Chili Seasoning.
Add 1 can Ro-Tel.
Add one can each:
Chili Beans, Black Beans, Butter Beans

Cover and cook 20 minutes.

Add 1 can corn (undrained) and stir.
Cook an additional 10 minutes or until
heated through.

NOTE:  You could add browned beef,
seasoning, and canned goods to
a crock pot and simmer on low 6 - 8 hours.
Top with fresh shredded cheese,
diced jalepenos, sliced green onions, sour cream ...
Great with Frito's
(or in a pinch - tortilla chips)
So good!!!
