Christmas Reindeer Ornaments

On Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen;
Comet and Cupid and Donner and Blitzen ...
... and Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer!!!

Make a couple, make a few,
make an entire pack of reindeer!

I've chosen two different shapes for the heads;
choose your favorite and buy in bulk!
These are available at the craft stores in the
unpainted wood section.

Wood supplies for the two reindeer shown:
(1) 2" split egg, (1) 2" split pear,
(4) 1 1/4" cacti, (2) 1/2" plugs, (1) 1 1/4" bird,
and (3) 3/8" Woodsies circles.

Other supplies:
Acrylic Paints: Brown, Light Brown, Red, Black,
Yellow, Green
Extreme Glitter: Red, Black, HologramMulti-Purpose Sealer
Sanding Block
Tacky Glue
Baby Rick Rack, Red
Googly Eyes

Okay, as you can see ... the Googly Eyes were
a last minute decision.  I didn't care
for my usual dip dot eyes on these reindeer.

Paint the cacti Light Brown, the egg and the pear
Brown, one nose Red, one nose Black.
Sand and seal each piece.
Brush Extreme Glitter onto the noses.
Glue the antlers and noses onto each head.
Glue on the remaining pieces;
(bird, and ball ornaments).
Paint the bird Red, with a Black triangle head
yellow beak, and white dip dot eye.
Paint one ball ornament each Red, Green, Yellow.
Brush Extreme Glitter Hologram onto
bird and ball ornaments.

Glue 4" length of Rick Rack
onto the back of each head for hanging.
Glue on Googly Eyes.

Allow to dry thoroughly (overnight) then hang
and enjoy!

Peace!!!
